“Delighted with my recent experience. Responsive to online queries. The Lamy Safari I purchased 25 years ago and which had sentimental value had lain broken and idle for years. I was stuck - Could not use it and could not bring myself to toss it. Discovered The Pen Company and their original factory replacement parts at an accessible price point. The pen which I had purchased in the Lamy German home town of Wuppertal restored good as new and putting ink onto the pages of my journal again. Hardly a big sale for The Pen Company, but one that made a big difference for me personally. Thank you. JCM, Tehachapi, California”

“I recently bought 2 kaweco sport classics and some diamine ink from The Pen Company. I love them, their service is great as are the products they're selling. Quick delivery and lovely pens, such an amazing range to choose from. They send the pens out as soon as they have it in stock which is so much nicer than scrambling to find a website that has them, buying them from one place makes it so much easier. 10/10, they are now my comfort pen website and I won't be buying from anyone else.”

“First time finding the Pen Company and will be a returning customer. So in love with my liliput pen with the engraving! came out beautiful. Just ordered another in green and cannot wait! Shipping and all did take a month to arrive to me BUT we are in different countries so I know that affects. Honestly doesn't even bother me since the outcome is great.”

“The prices were good and there was a good selection of pens to choose from. The pen took a little time to arrive as it had not been available from Germany in time but The Pen Company explained the delay and undertook to send it as a priority item when it was available. I therefore feel that they are a very reputable company who cares for their customers.”

“A small family run business delivering excellent service, with knowledgeable, staff, and good pricing. I am a relatively new customer very happy so far with this company. I will definitely use them as my first choice going forward. International shipping can take a few more days, using the FedEx alternatives might be worth the incidental additional cost. This is more than made up for the substantial discount offered by this company.”
