“About 15 years ago; I dropped a two-month-old Montblanc rollerball onto a wooden floor; it was f**C*ED... I needed a replacement & bought a LAMY rollerball, thinking I would buy something better later. I have used them since. I was looking for a colour specific LAMY for a new Leuchtturm 1917. The Pen Company was returned in the search results; the listing was cheaper than I was expecting. Bought online - the pen & refills arrived within the indicated timescale, the item was exactly as described & what I was excepting.”

“Even with shipping and duty costs, the price for ink cartrides was lower that what I was seeing in US. Of course the bigger the order, the less the shipping was PER package of ink. I could see the shipping costs before I put items in my shopping basket. But I didn't know the duty costs until I was in process of checking out. Thus I did know the duty before I paid, but it would be nice to have a warning that there will be a duty, and exact amount won't be know until checkout. Maybe it was somewhere and I just missed it. If so, my apologies.”

“I love my diary! The only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that the choice was limited because I left it late to order! ANd just fyi, for any other 'international' customers, I was charged import tax by the French authorities. Still good though, I'm very happy with what I have.”

“I love pens and support family companies so what’s not to like? My only request is for order turnaround to be improved - in my case it took much longer than I’m owed used to, to be told that my order was in progress and being prepared for despatch.”

“Service and pen refill as expected. Very pleased with speed of delivery and product quality. Postal charges, however, I believe were excessive and will put me off ordering again given that they were just under £5 for one pen refill”

Below this value a delivery charge will apply - this is calculated by size, weight and value of the order. Delivery options and charges are displayed in the basket as items are added or removed. For your order the delivery charge was £2.95

“It took a while for the pen to arrive and communication in the gap between paying and getting hands on it was lacking. Then I followed the instructions but couldn’t get the ink suction thing work at all and had ink everywhere so was not happy but the cartridges work well and now This is my favourite and nicest writing pen I own.”
