“I got the Visconti Van Gogh Starry Night pen as a gift for my husband. Except that it took longer than expected for the item to ship to the US directly from the brand, everything else was great! The package was nice and the person with British accent who answered the phone (NY phone number) was friendly and accommodating. Very reliable pen shop. Really appreciate it!”

“Excellent service from the UK to USA first time customer. Lamy Safari Fountain Pen pictured below. Troubles with the nib and the gasket shown in the photo below the gasket was lost during cleaning. I am not sure if the gasket is essential to the pen working and I could not just order a gasket anywhere. I ordered a replacement nib piece in the color red you had available. Although the color provided was not a match to my pen, I now have a Lamy that actually writes quite nicely. After all, our goal in life is no more plastic disposable pens ending up in the oceans worldwide. Also, using Google Maps, I looked up your location in the UK and you're off the beaten path as they say. So, it makes perfect sense to me that you're a small family run business as you mentioned in your request for this review. I will be a return customer when the need might arise again.. I am a new fountain pen user so I still have much to learn.”
