“Customer Review – Pen Company (UK) I recently purchased a sheaffer pen from the Pen Company in the UK, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the experience. The pen itself is elegant and writes smoothly. The engraving of my initials was a really nice touch—neat and well done. The packaging and presentation were also well thought out. The only minor issue I encountered was with the additional ink refill I requested. Unfortunately, the refill sent was not the correct size for the sheaffer pen I ordered. It's a small hiccup, but worth mentioning. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I appreciate the quality of the product and the overall service. Thank”

“The payment was not authorized by them until three days after paying so I thought my money was gone. Did not give an estimated delivery time and overall not the best but the package was good so i am happy. Thank you.”

“The product arrived but was disappointed in how long it took. Had to pay €8 for post and packaging and a further €12 for vat and admin costs to have it delivered. I ended up paying almost as much as the diary in postage and vat costs. Will not be ordering again.”

Hello Marianne, Many thanks for your feedback - unfortunately, we can find no record of you contacting us. The nibs you have order are intended to fit Kaweco pens - the model you have pictured is not a Kaweco pen and therefore these will not fit. To return the nibs simply post the back to us at the address on your receipt quoting your order number: 23120764 and we will be happy to refund your payment card for these.

“Buying pens - used and new - used to be a major interest, but with less need to write by hand and equally importantly, the closure of physical pen stores, the fun has gone out of it and I've stopped investing in pens or giving them much time. I use The Pen Company as the best available outlet for pens, when I need one and I couldn't find the Fischer Bullet Pen anywhere else, so I'm grateful for that. I'm a book buyer too, and if I have to buy online I go to Abe Books, who show second-hand books next to the new ones and are the best mainstream collector site. I'd use a pen site that did the same as Abe Books, offering a wide range of classic and second-hand pens next to the new lines, as while I couldn't evaluate the pens close up, I could browse an extensive range of old and new - which would rekindle my passion for pens and encourage me to spend a lot more money on them.”

“I had ordered Von Graf Faber Castell Tamitio ballpoint pen through The Pen Company/ This particular model was not available. However, The Pen company got this pen from the manufacturer in Germany. There was a slight delay in getting this organized. But I received the pen eventually. Overall the service was acceptable. Vishnu Kumar. R Jakarta, Indonesia”

Hello Zhiying, Thank you for your feedback. It is always possible to change your order - as long as this has not already been dispatched. Simply call us, send us an email (you can respond to your order confirmation email), or send a message via the contact form on the website. No payment is ever taken until the time of dispatch so amendments can easily be made.

Hello Allan, Thank you for your feedback. Delivery to New Zealand has slowed recently. This is due to tightened Corona virus restrictions affecting mail services and inbound customs handling. Sadly, this has impacted upon delivery times of international mail within New Zealand. Copied below is a service statement recently posted by Royal Mail / NZ Post regarding this. Tracked shipments sent just prior to yours are now beginning to report as delivered. Untracked Airmail services (the service selected for your order) lag a little behind tracked items, however, we would expect your order to be with you shortly. Due to the issue / delays at inbound customs it is hard to give an accurate estimate. Please be assured no items of Air Mail, tracked or otherwise, to New Zealand have been lost since the start of the pandemic - a few have experienced delays, but all have been successfully delivered. I hope this information is of some reassurance. Thank you again for your order, James Service statement from Royal Mail / NZ Post Latest Update: 5 October 2021 End date: Ongoing Incident: Coronavirus Latest Update New Zealand Post has updated that Auckland, where the main postal hub is located, remains in Alert Level 3 of the Covid-19 pandemic plan while the rest of New Zealand is in Alert Level 2. Alert Level 3, is effectively almost full lockdown status for postal operations, hence continue to significantly affect processing and delivery as result.
