“I am new to collecting pens. I have phoned twice, the gentleman who answered was very patient, offered advice, and was friendly. I will use the company again, prices seemed good. Mai I suggest some sort of incentive for customers”

“Prices on ink came in under what Amazon was offering, AND you guys offered a variety of colors that aren't offered by Amazon, so I'll be coming here from now often! Because of the cheaper price, I decided to splurge and get a bunch of colors, and I'm loving all of them! I'll definitely be back for more ink / replacement cartridges, and potentially new pens in the future as well. Customer service also deserves a massive shout out. Jake was able to answer my question perfectly within 24 hours, and I greatly appreciate his diligence and quick response.”
