“The order was placed on 10/6 and finally arrived yesterday, 11/22. Apparently, half of the order was on backorder (I only found this out when I called inquiring about my order) so I gave customer service the ok to ship what was in stock. Emailed customer service on 10/26 and 11/4 asking for an update - heard nothing back. So I called. A nice guy answered and agreed to ship the partial order. The pens look nice but I shouldn't have to wait this long to receive them.”

“The Cross refill I wanted to purchase was not in stock and the website advised it would not available until the end of October, some 6 weeks later. I was prepared to wait as it was a good price. They did not charge me until the refills had been issued and when I contacted them asking for the expected date, as I had forgotten, they were prompt in their reply. I have used them before and would not hesitate in recommending them”
