“We placed an order for an engraved pen, a gift to a young man we love who has just earned his PhD. Somehow during the shopping process the engraving - a necessary part of the gift - became omitted from the order, whether by our mistake (most probably) or by some other means. At any rate, the pen arrived in time, but we were appalled to see that it was not engraved! We immediately inquired whether an exchange could be made for the same pen with the engraving, and a very capable gentleman in customer service made it happen while we were still on the phone. The engraved item arrived in time, and it is as beautiful as we had hoped. A great job done in great time, and it saved the day. Thank you!”
