“Within three days of ordering my pen it was shipped to the United States. I was pleased at how quickly they filled my order, especially as I'd had the pen engraved. It wasn't the Pen Company's fault, but US customs held up the pen for two weeks.”

“I love my new Lamy Joy. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy this perfectly designed writing pen. The nib is particularly nice. I often send hand-written letters and notes. Recently I was told my letters can now be clearly read and understood. I agree with that compliment. I can also read my notes the following day. I don’t want to go on with this, but I like the overall look of the pen. The grip is particularly well-designed. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy the Lamy Joy. I’ve looked at it several times and felt it to be a good fit for me. Finally! I purchased one. I will buy another. I’m in Northeastern USA and the pen was quickly received - - about 7 to 8 days. “A most excellent service. The company were incredibly good at communicating and keeping in touch when a pen I ordered was due later than I originally expected.
