“Brilliant service. I wanted some advice so called before ordering and the guy I spoke to was clearly a proper expert who took the time to really help. I ordered after the call and it was marked as despatched within an hour and arrived the next day. Would definitely recommend.”

“I found the The Pen Company to be easy to reach and quite responsive with my questions and needs. Upon ordering my Pelikan ballpoint I was notified almost immediately of shipment and received the pen within one week, which was must faster than the receipt within her in the USA. I will certainly purchase from them again....”

“Really excellent service. Bought a Graf von Faber Castell Guilloche pen with a medium nib, but found it too broad for my liking. The Pen Company were super responsive and changed over the nib to a fine with no hassle at all. Wonderful experience.”
