Pleased with my purchase of a 2022 diary. There was a delay due to container shipment issues and in these days when we are used to receiving goods the next day it would have been nice to be sent an e-mail explaining the delay, however, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and my diary arrived in perfect condition.
