“My Pelikan Souveran came as advertised. Shipping was delivered on time. Thoroughly enjoying my pen the ink flows over the paper like a hot knife through butter silky smooth. Highly recommended.”

Many thanks for your feedback. Live stock status is displayed by the "add to basket" button. Items marked "in stock" will ship straight away from our warehouse. Otherwise, a dispatch window e.g. 4-7 days, or a estimated dispatch date is displayed. The model you order was marked as available in 7-14 days. In this instance our supplier was able to deliver a little earlier than anticipated. Your order was received on the 3 August and delivered on the 7 August, so fulfilled a few days early - apologies of this caused any inconvenience.

“easy oder processing and fast shipping. unfortunately, the product itself is with faults and imperfections: I ordered it for 3 rimes from 3 different sellers and always got the same disapponting result. after a few sentences the refill is empty :-(”
