“I am very happy with the service provided. The package arrived in perfect condition having been sent with the courier company DHL which I did no expect. “The Pen Company is lovely. I had ordered my favourite diary from them then realised I'd inadvertently ordered twice. I emailed them and was advised to send the extra diary back to them by return post which I did (costing me nothing) A couple of days later they emailed me to say they had received it and the money would be reimbursed which it promptly was. I am a very happy customer.”

“I was so thrilled to be able to find this diary on line! I have had the Paperblanks diaries in previous years and it’s useful to be able to transfer the address and information section straight into the new one! It was delivered swiftly, and very protectively packaged-no bent corners! I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Pen Company again.”

“I am a serious pen collector and have been for almost 40 years. Over that time I headed an American company and had selected the UK, London, as my international headquarters. Our HQ was in Mayfair and I was a frequent visitor to the Royal Arcade where I spent too much money. Recently one of my beloved Pelikan roller ball pens had a mishap and while checking locally to get it fixed they quoted me a price that I believed was unfair. So I looked around and came across the Pen Company online. They had what I wanted and the price was more than 10% less than I could buy it for here. I placed the order online on a Thursday afternoon my time, along with a few spare refills and on Monday morning DHL delivered the package to my door. So outstanding service - great communication and now as my company has had to close the London location I feel a part of my life in the UK is back with me and I can continue my pen hobby as it was with the Pen Company.
