“I ordered a supply of ink cartridges which took forever to arrive. The PC weren't at fault, as there was an understandable supply chain issue. They were polite when I called to chase the order. The cartridges arrived soon after and I learnt that if you have a way of replenishing old cartridges with bottled ink, it works fine!”

“I ordered some Hugo Boss pens, each engraved individually, and had it shipped to Australia. I was kept in the loop at each delivery junction. It arrived in less than two weeks which is amazing, considering COVID. Inside the box, original packaging was slightly dented and little dirty, obviously stored in a factory but a little TLC fixed it up. I gave these pens as gifts and it was very well received. 5 star experience.”
