The item I ordered (a diary in the same format I've had for several years now' duly arrived and is good quality as usual. My problem every year is tracking it down on-line; every time I nearly give up, as it does not appear on the makers or other sellers websites, and not initially on The Pen Company's--I really have to do some detective work to find it, and refuse to believe the first 3 or 4 searches that say no such product exists.
