“I had the white marble effect shower panels and they were very easy to install good effect and look quality too, quick delivery and no damage at all and price was good aswell quality all around thankyou would highly recommend”

“Nice product. Looks good. Click together well with tight joints. The trims feel a bit flimsy and are easily scratched but all looks good once fitted.”

“Panel and trim arrived with no adhesive , what good is that? 2 weeks later still no adhesive after emailing to get delivery date Still no reply Useless”

It's understandable to be frustrated when the adhesive that should have been included was missing, and it's disappointing to hear that you have not received a response to your inquiry about the delivery date, so apologies for this. “I used the Bristol branch, and they were absolutely excellent to deal with. After placing my order I noticed that the panels were going to arrive after the plumber was scheduled to have completed my bathroom, so I called and spoke with the Bristol branch manager who couldn't have been more helpful. He ensured that the panels were delivered within 2 days, enabling the plumber to fit them and ensure that my bathroom was completed on time. The panels I chose were exactly what I was hoping for and I am delighted with both the product and the company. Thanks guys!”

“Disappointing experience. Poor Customer service and even worse delivery! Whilst I fully understand that the delivery details clearly state that delivery is between 5-10 business days, what they actually mean is 10 days. Again, fair enough, but when, after 6 days of hearing nothing at all - just that they had got my order and had my money, and after no-one bothering to answer the phone at the Bristol branch, I emailed (twice) asking for confirmation of any delivery date - not too much to ask! I got an email "Your order is not scheduled as of yet. As soon as your delivery time is scheduled you will be notified" and detailing that I would receive a text the day before delivery with a 1 hour delivery window. Be home or miss out! Text duly arrived on day 9 at 16:30 saying my delivery would be next day between 10:30 & 11:30. Great! Arranged for someone to be in. At 05:23, yes that's 23 minutes past 5 in the morning on day 10 another text message arrives stating delivery time would now be between 8:00 & 9:00. I have to say, utterly pointless sending these texts when the driver shows up at 07:38 anyway! Poor experiece!”

We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the early morning text message, which must have been disruptive and confusing. We do however allow for deliveries to be left in a safe place if no one is going to be in on the designated delivery date. “Been really great working with the Bristol team on sorting out some issues, none of which was their fault, but they were very helpful and we've hopefully got it all sorted now. The delivery driver was great, very friendly and helpful too, and I think my daughters made his day by giving him a homemade chocolate crispy!”
