“Been really great working with the Bristol team on sorting out some issues, none of which was their fault, but they were very helpful and we've hopefully got it all sorted now. The delivery driver was great, very friendly and helpful too, and I think my daughters made his day by giving him a homemade chocolate crispy!”

“Further to my previous review, the company got straight in touch to explain that my order had gone missing between IT systems. They were very apologetic and have fast tracked delivery for tomorrow- all good in the end, thank you very much”

“Fantastic product, great service, great prices. Always resisted using the plastic wall cladding as usually a gloss finish and I wanted wood effect. This is a realistic wood grain effect and a matt finish. Simple to install, highly recommended”

“My order came when scheduled but unfortunately there was a mix up at the warehouse for which panel type I’d ordered, rang company to explain and this was put right the next day, excellent service would recommend”

“The panel boards I bought a few weeks ago have now been installed & I am more than pleased. Two years ago I have very similar boards installed in my downstairs shower room & wanted the same in my upstairs shower room. Unfortunately they were unobtainable locally & an internet search gave me The Panel Company. The facility to a swatch clinched it!”

“Fantastic company to deal with, great customer service, and brilliant quality products, have bought panels from elsewhere ,but don’t come close to the quality of the panel company’s quality panels, the panels look amazing in our bathroom ad will be recommending this company to our friends and family. Honestly you might save a few pennies elsewhere but you will see the difference and our fitter says that the quality of the panel company’s meant they were easier to fit with less waste and damage , delivery was excellent the driver professional and friendly and carried the panels in to the house , all items were well packaged and arrived intact. Well done guys and keep up the good work”

“Great sale price for us, Delivery was great considering were it had to come from, got here at the time and date expected. Hoping that the local recycling tip will except the off cuts”

We're thrilled to hear that you were able to take advantage of our great sale price and that the delivery arrived on time and as expected, even though it had to come from a distance. We understand that off cuts can be a concern for some customers, unfortunately PVC panels can not be recycled, as they are more a long life plastic that isn't throw away after one use, as they last for many years to come. However many customers do use their cut offs for other projects around the home, in particular for creating basin splash backs etc. We appreciate your business and value your feedback.
