Great sale price for us, Delivery was great considering were it had to come from, got here at the time and date expected. Hoping that the local recycling tip will except the off cuts

We're thrilled to hear that you were able to take advantage of our great sale price and that the delivery arrived on time and as expected, even though it had to come from a distance. We understand that off cuts can be a concern for some customers, unfortunately PVC panels can not be recycled, as they are more a long life plastic that isn't throw away after one use, as they last for many years to come. However many customers do use their cut offs for other projects around the home, in particular for creating basin splash backs etc. We appreciate your business and value your feedback. How come I can order materials for a complete bathroom from all over the country and get next day delivery, yet less than 3 miles from the shop took 4 days with bad weather and breakdowns and I ended up chasing it because I was losing money as a fitter 😓

Hi - We're sorry to hear that your recent experience with our delivery service fell short of your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when delivery times are delayed, especially when it impacts your business and causes you to lose money. We do have a statement on our website which specifies the following > "We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the panels yourself, you arrange a fitting service after the panels have arrived at the delivery address and have been checked over for damages. We do our utmost best and work to the highest standard to ensure that you receive your panels on time and in the condition you expect. However rarely sometimes incidents can occur. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or damages, in particular relating to pre-scheduled fitting of the wall panels due to damages or missed delivery date." We also offer a collection service in our store's where so if you were 3 miles away you could have collected from the store. We strive to provide our customers with a fast and reliable delivery service, but we also recognise that unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays. In this case, bad weather and breakdowns may have been contributing factors. Nonetheless, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we take all customer concerns seriously. We will use your comments to identify areas where we can improve our delivery service and ensure that we meet or exceed our customers' expectations in the future. Overall a satisfactory result. After ordering the panels I got my order email and then waited for delivery info, 10 days later still not heard anything. I rang customer service and they told me I would be getting them, what day, date and time. That was fine, I received a back up email and a text nearer the time BUT I shouldn’t have had to chase them up. They arrived when specified , on time and in perfect condition.

I've used the panel co. before. They are just great. Just gave them wall sizes and the necessary boards and fittings were given. Delivery......perfect with all materials in perfect condition. I highly recommend the firm. Absolutely brilliant.

Price and delivery were good. Some panels were damaged which weren’t seen until packs were open. Fortunately we had enough non damaged ones to do the job.

Website was easy to order from I had to chase up delivery so was almost 2weeks before we received them. However once we had spoken to customer service issue was resolved quickly Unfortunately we did not like the panels and have called to return them Awaiting a confirmation email to give collection date

We're glad to hear that you found our website easy to order from, but we're sorry to hear that the panels did not meet your expectations. To avoid disappointment we always advise our customers to order samples prior to purchase so that they can see the panels for themselves before purchase, as the samples are an actual cut of the panels. With regards to delivery, we stipulate to allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery, this is down to the fact that we deliver 98% of deliveries on our fleet of vehicles to avoid damages and missing parcels that come with sipping out via courier service. On another note - we understand that the panels were not to your liking and I can confirm that someone is dealing with your return, you can expect to receive a communication shortly. This is my fifth order from the panel company, and apart from a new driver being unable to locate my address (which is hard to find at the best of times) the service I have received has been exemplary, and as a builder I will certainly be using the product's from this company in future

Just received our panels haven't put them up yet but they look amazing, we moved from Newcastle to Aberdeenshire last year and I was a bit worried about the distance,but no problem at all , the delivery driver was lovely and helpful , will definitely use them again.

We had our delivery yesterday and the delivery guy was very polite and also carried all the panels into my front room. Which was very helpful. We are yet to put them up but we have used you before and I couldn't recommend the panel Company enough. Thank you

Took delivery of my second lot of panels today. Can’t explain how impressed I am with this service from the start to finish. All the “how to” guides ,the ordering and delivery and even more so the cost. Bathroom still work in progress so I can’t show any pictures just yet. I’m a lady DIY’er and have had no issues in installing these panels on my own. Defo 5*

Delivery was very quick, driver was helpful and friendly, kept informed of Delivery by email. Excellent quality panels, easy to fit and look superb, great value for money. Will definitely be using again.
