“I cancelled my order as I realised it wasn’t quite what I wanted, but the customer service was brilliant, the in-house staff replied to my messages in quick time, and refunded me without question having already allocated to a distributing warehouse, very understanding and helpful.”

“Very helpful delivery driver explained that missing item would be delivered by courier later. Items not arrived so mailed more than once but no replies very poor. Items did arrive some weeks later but no delivery dates from supplier not very useful as on holiday. Company communications poor”

“Ordering was easy. Rang depot to find out when delivery was and was given a date and approximate time. Exceeded my expectations when the panels and trims arrived early. Driver was friendly and brought them into the house. On inspection of the panels one was slightly damaged on an edge but bathroom fitter said it's still usable and won't be seen. Emailed Panel Company who immediately refunded 50% of the cost of the panel. Saved time and having time off work waiting for another delivery. Thanks Panel Company for your excellent customer service.”

“really poor colour match between panels from same batch, make sure you fully check prior to install, have attempted to contact the panel company but yet to hear back, will now need to have to put right by purchasing new panels and have reinstalled”

“Outstanding value, product quality and service, only thing that was very disappointing was that somehow I managed to leave the order originally uncompleted and must have started again with repeating it - you then sent me an offer of 5% less than I had paid you to finish the open one which left me feeling I'd been overcharged and it didn't feel fair business somehow, sorry”

“I recently received delivery of panel trims . All were packed very well and delivery was super quick and delivery man was very nice . Although I haven’t used items yet I know they’ll be perfect . Overall I’m super impressed by the panel company and will defo use them again .”
