“I ordered White Sparkle Storm 5mm on Friday afternoon got email to confirm and that Durham branch dealing with it. Phoned Durham on Monday afternoon to ask for ETA very friendly guy said no idea as order just received he would be in touch when could confirm. Minutes later got call saying would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) 13:30-1430. Delivered 14:20 by polite delivery driver👍, i could not praise whole company enough💯💯💪💪 from order to delivery. Panels where easy to fit. Only down side of 5mm is fragile so be careful if drilling holes for anything.😏”

“Easy to deal with, products as described, helpful friendly driver, good fitting instructions on-line. This is the second bathroom I've done with this panelling, its an economical way of updating tired old old tiles.”

“Bought 2 silver grey shower panels as Homebase didn't deliver the correct amount. Delivered next day for free. Real life saver. Genuine staff showed me the good quality stuff and the differences between the different brands/qualities. Would recommend based on my interaction and will definitely being going back there in the future.”

“Quick and good customer service. They said that they would advise a time slot for delivery the day before - I didn't get that just a call from the driver that he was on site with no one to take the delivery! Driver left the product in a safe place so no real complaint. On checking the product I could see that the wrong colour silicone had been delivered. I contacted Panel Company who looked into this and advised that they had refunded the product in question and this was within the hour. Which is good however I now need to source new products which is an unnecessary waste of time. However this would not put me off using them again.”

“Very pleased with the shower panels ordered from the panel company. They are good quality pvc high gloss panels and arrived in perfect condition. I chose panel company because they deliver themselves so guarantee no issues unlike other companies who use couriers. Also the price I paid for each panel was fantastic compared to other online stores. My order was delivered quickly and customer service was able to tell me in advance the delivery date. I highly recommend purchasing from them direct instead of buying from major retailers who charge way too much for same products”
