“Customer service was excellent. I spoke with Alan originally in the Durham branch and he talked me through what I needed and was able to make sure i received the order in time for the work to take place. A few panels arrived damaged and Abbie sorted the issue with no cost to myself and the replacement was delivered to me, in Scotland, the next day.”

“Had to wait for 10 days for delivery then 4 out of the 8 panels were damaged. When the replacement panels were delivered, 1 was slightly damaged.”

“Good quality product at a good price. Delivery was great. Even though the original delivery was missed due to a broken down van, they kept me Informed and delivered the next day delivery updates were spot on- almost real time. The delivery driver was very helpful and helped me move the panels to my desiredocation next to the upstairs bathroom. Than k you somuch. Would deftinatley use this company again. Brilliant!”
