“Order took 2 full weeks from Gateshead to Edinburgh but I think we must have ordered at the start of their holidays. Otherwise all good with excellent update for delivery.”

“The panels are great and I'm really happy with them but the ordering process was not so great. The delivery charge was calculated wrong when I ordered (though soon corrected after a phone call), delivery took over a week (technically on time though) and the adhesive I also ordered was not delivered (soon refunded).”

“I’ve had one panel in the middle of a wall that clearly hadn’t been sealed and the concrete effect has came off in patches everywhere. I have them in 2 bathrooms and only on this one panel has it come off. Only been on 2 yrs. so now I need to pay to get the whole wall redone”

“Easy process but out of 12 panels two were damaged. Good job i ordered extra. Also some trims were damaged looks as though when splitting thw packs in the warehouse were caught with a blade across a couple of them.”
