“The panels are of very good quality and quite easy to fit, they are heavy though because of the quality, i would buy from them again. The delivery driver wasn't very helpful he just left them at the door and i had to drag them into the house i am a pensioner and found them quite heavy,but overall i am quite pleased.”

“Poor delivery service, making my 20-year-old daughter carry panels over 2 meters tall from the ground floor to the 4th floor. Shameful. So many companies around selling the same panels.”

“Skirting boards purchased never been delivered. When I rang customer services at 3.20pm about the items not delivered, respond was I am leaving in 10 minutes, I won't have time to find out what happened. We let you know on monday. This was on Friday when they gave me three different times for eta but never turned up. I had to ring on monday to find out what happened to my delivery. The lady on the phone said let me find out and I will ring you back. She never rang back. After a few hours I rang back and ask for a refund. Then she said I cannot find your items . So I can give you a refund. If you are treated like this would you say anything good about this company.”

“First time I've used these panels. The only draw back i found was the mess, it was static snow everywhere. The cutting was easy I used circular saw with fine blade, hand saw and Stanley blade.special thanks to Crayford branch. Pictures attached”

“I wasn’t going to do a review, but since I’ve been asked, I will. Ordered some skirting and when the delivery arrived it wasn’t on the vehicle. I waited a few days nobody called so I then chased it up. Was passed to a different branch and was told they would look into it and get back to me….. but they didn’t. Left it a couple more days and then called again. Was told it was scheduled for delivery the following week ( nobody had told me, but no problem) Delivery day a text arrived saying drop 12 of 16 at about 2. At 2 a text arrived saying unable to deliver your item due to some issue. So I called again and asked for my money back, which I got almost immediately. I will say everyone I spoke to were extremely polite and helpful, but I didn’t get my skirting and wasted too much time chasing up.”
