“Absolutely fantastic company! So I'm currently doing a refurb of one of my childrens bedrooms, everything on order and ready to be delivered from the 'bedroom shop' but she really wanted some acoustic board on one of her walls. Being completely dim, I just assumed this kind of thing was 'off the shelf' and I'd be able to order it within a couple of days or even pay for a next day delivery. Not so, everywhere I looked it was delivery at some point in the next couple of weeks. The Panel Company was the most specific but there was still a danger it wouldn't come before the fitters had finished and there was no way I was getting them back to do the boarding if they'd finished. Anyway, placed my order and thought I'd email just to see if there was any way they could get the boards to me in time - they were SO helpful, kept me informed and let me know they'd arranged a delivery within a couple of days and in time for the fitters. Honestly, its rare for a company to have ACTUAL customer service rather than 'nah, can't do that' or 'refer to the website for details of...' Thanks SO much panel company, one happy girl, one less stressed Mum and one hard working fitter!”

“I've made 2 orders of exterior slatted panels (light oak) and the quality seems excellent, time will tell how they weather but that would be the same for any other panels. I missed an item off the first order so had to contact them to amend the order which they sorted out immediately. The two orders were delivered by different drivers and both of them were very friendly, courteous, and contacted me about 20 minutes before delivery. One thing I would say is that these panels come in packs of 4 and they are pretty heavy and in my opinion should definately be a 2 man delivery.”
