“Excellent customer service, friendly staff and able to advise over the phone effectively on stock levels, and really helpful and patient in store. They also managed to book in a delivery slot sooner than the 10 days over the phone when my bogus bathroom fitter ruined two panels and we had to order more mid-fit. Will definitely use again.”

“We love the product Cutting with a multi tool very easy. Lots off helpful videos on you tube. The only thing we dislike is the edge top and bottom being a bit crinkly had to trim off as we personally didn't like it. The staff are very good and extremely helpful with any questions. We needed an extra panel which we ordered a couple of weeks later and were told if when it came we were not happy with colour match, they would give us a total refund not many companies would do that. After you order they give you the option to add or delete any items. Delivery was excellent with day times and updates.”

“Can't really do a review as I still have not received the panels,over 15 days after ordered ...they were not out of stock when I ordered ,but apparently you are waiting stock which would have been nice to know when I ordered as I wanted them for Easter weekend for a new kitchen project ...will review on receipt and fitting ,which I've been told should be this week”

“A Great company to deal with. Unfortunately the panels where delivered damaged. I telephone the Bristol office to make them aware of the situation. Then panels where replaced the very next day. Great service”

“Customer service was excellent. I spoke with Alan originally in the Durham branch and he talked me through what I needed and was able to make sure i received the order in time for the work to take place. A few panels arrived damaged and Abbie sorted the issue with no cost to myself and the replacement was delivered to me, in Scotland, the next day.”
