“The delivery time was advertised as between 7 to 10 days but on this occasion I’ve had to wait a considerably longer, 4 weeks as it strands, when you’re trying to manage this to fit for customers this is clearly unacceptable.”

“My celling look amazing. Was very easy to fit vid on line was a big help only problem I had was did not send the right amount I ordered and when you did send the other missing one was damaged.”

“Brilliant - Would highly reccomend. Shopped around and the Panel company were one of the most competitively priced with quick delivery through their own delivery vans so you knew the panels wouldn't arrive damaged. Excellent quality and easy to cut to size for the room.”

“Great quality product, delivery took a while so order in advance but great delivery and the panels were in great condition no damage, ordered 3 panels all came the same, could’ve done with the centre panel being male on both sides and the other 2 panels being female not a major issue just had to cut the felt on one of the panels.”

“I ordered White Sparkle Storm 5mm on Friday afternoon got email to confirm and that Durham branch dealing with it. Phoned Durham on Monday afternoon to ask for ETA very friendly guy said no idea as order just received he would be in touch when could confirm. Minutes later got call saying would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) 13:30-1430. Delivered 14:20 by polite delivery driver👍, i could not praise whole company enough💯💯💪💪 from order to delivery. Panels where easy to fit. Only down side of 5mm is fragile so be careful if drilling holes for anything.😏”
