“I have just taken delivery of the combo half crate Peat and half crate wood. I have an annual delivery 4 times now. I have had both Peat and hardwood logs before, but went for the combo this year as a top up. As always the quality us absolutely top notch and would not hesitate to recommend both the products and the company. What made the experience more enjoyable this year was the fact I had to ask a few questions instead of just ordering. My queries were answered by Dayana, who, not only handled the order personally from start to finish, but did so very professionally and with great humour. She is an absolute credit to an excellent company. Thank you, I shall be back next year”

“A full pallet of Oak logs was well priced and delivered on a date specifically requested by me. I have only ever used Birch before (from another source), and to be honest I am disappointed at how dirty the oak logs are. Many with moss growing on them and loose particles. The Birch logs look scrubbed by comparison. I was concerned that they might not be as dry as I am accustomed to for kiln dried logs, however, my moisture meter shows they are very dry and they burn beautifully and smell sweet. I think Oak is worth the premium over Birch, but will likely use my previous supplier next time around to see if their oak is less messy.”

“This is the 2nd year that I've ordered Ash logs for my wood burning stove from this company. I ordered & paid for them on-line which only took a few minutes. I contacted them by phone to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant & efficient & we sorted out a convenient day. On the day the driver phoned me telling me the time he would arrive. An hour later the logs were delivered. They were dry & well seasoned, just what I need for the wood burner. Everything from placing the initial order to the delivery was quick & hassle free. I have no problem in recommending this company.”
