“As always very happy with the wood quality. Burns well and gives out a lot of heat. Delivery was good as well with the driver bringing the pallet onto the drive.”

“I ordered two sample packs, the sawdust briquettes and the bark briquettes. They arrived quickly and burn well, the bark ones in particular last well and almost keep in overnight (probably would in a bigger stove). My only gripe is that the price quoted on the website stated that it included delivery, but it didn't and I was charged an additional delivery fee. Please can you correct these details on your website to make it clearer!”

“Heat logs delivered as promised, but on a broken pallet and the driver didn't have a clue, good job I was home to assist! or they'd still be on the lorry......”

“Excellent seasoned ash. Arrived in a large Crete (That now has been made into a wood store) Very polite and helpful man arranged the delivery date with me and the driver also called in advance. Price was also the best I could find. I'll be using them again for sure.”

“Flawless product and customer service. I was a little hesitant to order at first as I live in a mid terrace house on a rather busy, yet small, road. Customer support put my mind at ease and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My kiln dried Ash came in handy nets so I could take them inside without a problem and the whole thing was packaged brilliantly. The delivery company was very helpful and made the whole experience stress-free.”

“50 nets of ash purchased. Delivered as agreed. Nets include smaller, almost kindling sized pieces, as well larger logs so really handy for getting your fire started. Would definitely recommend.”
