“Excellent service from point of order to delivery. Read a few bad review regarding the delivery company but they couldn't have been more efficient, leaving the pallet whilst we were our exactly where we wanted it.”

“All great wood of given 5 star but had no notification email or tex when the delivery was due. Luckily someone was at home when the driver wanted to deliver the palette. Driver was very helpful with putting the pallett high on the drive.”

“Unfortunately the delivery arrived on a broken pallet making the unloading and handling aquite a risk, in addition the pallet had been loaded onto the truck "sideways" making unloading on rear of truck vary difficult!”

“Delivery. 1)Despite ordering the compost on a Saturday, and then being told it would arrive on the following Monday, it actually turned up on the Tuesday. 10 days after order far exceeds their started delivery times. 2) When it did arrive (no advance call despite the request), it was delivered using equipment absolutely not fit for the task. The pallet lifter got stuck completely on the gravel, so WE - yes my mother and I had to help off-load it! - had to 'tip' it off the pallet and leave it where it landed. Shifting 1.4m3 of compost is no small effort! Because this was then blocking my drive, we then had to very quickly shovel it out of the 2 bags: a stressful and overly physical situation which caused my mother, to actually require medical attention subsequently. The only reason I din't rate very poor was because the quality of the compost was good. But I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT ORDER THROUGH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!”

“Original review - "Your full crate pallet size has shrunk and the price stayed the same so started looking at other options. Also the wood was very light....almost felt hollow with lots of woodworm holes. Will have to research harder before deciding if buy from you again rather than automatically come back. " Current review - The issue has been dealt with very quickly and looked into. I will automatically use again as even when things don't go right the company cares to put them right. Hope it was one off and the wood will be spot on as normally.”

“The wood is good but delivery time too long. Ordered 1/9 and wood arrived 15/9 - much quicker delivery please like it used to be. Delivery drivers are always lovely - I know this is Scotland but 2 weeks delivery not your usual standard. Five stars for wood and 2 stars for delivery.”
