“Well, the wood arrived within the time frame. We have now decanted it all to our wood shed and there is not as much wood as I would have hoped for, I suspect two builders bags would contain the same amount of wood. Moisture content is excellent and none of the logs are too big so all good there.”

“Ash logs - working really well and quality is good. Delivery could be a bit better as it "suddenly" arrived. Maybe suggest a text the a day or 2 before, notifying of the exact delivery date! I'll still buy from TLWC despite delivery hiccups.”

“This is the third year I have purchased kiln dried ash nets (70). No problems previously. However, this time, there is a considerable amount of small cut wood, so small it is not much bigger than kindling and more is being revealed as I work my way into the middle of the load. The latest net had two pieces which were of reasonable size but the rest was Very small. This is apparent in many of the nets , some looking to be around 75% small pieces. These pieces burn too fast to be of any good use. Very disappointed.”

“Previous deliveries of ash and birch were pleasing to the eye and gave good heat. I purchased, what was described as Grade 1 ash, but when I unwrapped it, I was disappointed in the extreme. The crate seemed to be made up of a few standard-sized logs but infilled with small wedges and slices of wood which are only suitable for kindling. I complained, with photos, and the response was an apology and £30 off my next order. I will give them one more try to see if they have upped their game. The jury is still out.”

“As per previous years, my order came very quickly and the wood was of a high standard. The pieces are all uniform in size which makes stacking them much easier (and they look good too!) I order the ash as it seems to burn very well and long. Have recommended to my neighbour who has also placed an order. Will be back for more next year.”

“The team are very efficient, especially Dayana a very polite and helpful lady, helped us put together a pallet within our budget, just received our third winter order of wood and heat logs, burns a treat plenty of heat 🔥 Just what we want on a cold night, with the dog stretched out in pole position. The delivery driver, same guy for three years very good 😊 put our pallet down the sloping drive way and into the garage ready to be off loaded by us, what can I say top man. I would definitely recommend this wood company five stars.”
