“This is my third delivery and the standard of product has been consistent. Wood is cut to size and crates tightly packed. When shopping for wood it is very hard to make comparisons as units are by volume and not always precise. Having tried a few suppliers I think the luxury wood company gives good value for money”

“The wood came in a secure boxed pallet with easy access for use when it arrived,The driver who delivered the pallet used his pallet truck to put the pallet in my garage which made life easy without carrying by hand to my chosen area to store the wood.great service from the luxury wood company and the extra effort from the driver, Thanks a lot. Also the wood was cut into perfect sizes for the log burner.which burnt perfectly.”

“I didn't receive an email or phone call with a delivery date. I got a phone call from the driver when he was outside the house. I was 7 miles away, luckily he waited. In previous years I was given a date before hand.”

“Nothing wrong with the logs, however the delivery went from 4 days to 10!!! The delivery co: had no records...... When the logs were eventually delivered the were left by a very rude and aggressive driver, who went out of his way to be obstructive and paid no heed to my requests, not only were they six days late, but they were due to be delivered in the AM which I was informed meant " between 1pm and 3pm, now as far as I am concerned (and I am sure the majority of the British public) AM means ante meridian and PM means post meridium( afternoon) please sort out your deliveries I.e. Time promised to the client and NOT the time most convenient to your driver as it was I'm my case. May I add that the last delivery I had was first class, on time with a very helpful driver.”

“I ordered 2 pallets of coal on 2 separate orders on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning they managed to team them up and they were delivered together Thursday afternoon to a Scottish island. Awesome service and delivery.”
