“As always, prompt delivery and good service from the logistics company. I regularly order pallets of either Ash or Oak and am happy to report that the quality is exceptionally good.....personally, I would like an option for longer logs as we do have a double-ended wood burner!”

“Prompt delivery and arrived as stated so didn't have to waste time hanging around for hours waiting for the delivery. The wood is fantastic and burns really well, so all in all I am really happy with The Luxury Wood Company”

“Did LWC I believe I must have been sent Oak instead of Ash. I am struggling to get much heat from my log burner and have to continually tend the burner to keep it going and it struggles to give any flame at all. When I used some ash the other day left over from my last order all was fine and back to normal. I run a guest house and this burner is important for my business and I cannot accept this for the future. I shall be buying some more wood to use with this so that can use it but from my previous supplier (White Horse). Kind regards Stephen”

“Excellent service from ordering to specified delivery. However, the heat logs are now in 10kg packs (were 5kg). These packs are too heavy for some customers who may be lacking in the muscle department. The logs also leave 2-3 times as much ash as the previous ones; I have to empty the grate 2-3 times a week now instead of once. Not a step forward - I shall seriously have to consider whether I use these next time.”

“Very good quality wood. This was the second time i purchased the wood from The Luxury Wood Company and I will purchase it again. Only a slightly negative note about the delivery company that did not communicate the delivery date: only by chance somebody was at home when they turned up unexpected.”

“The delivery company rang and didn't know I had requested a certain day. So between us we agreed to have the logs delivered am on the 20th. I rang The Luxury Wood Company about 12.30 on the 20th asking what's going on, and explained. You then rang the delivery company and could not get hold of them and said you would ring back, which you did five minutes later to tell me that you'd contacted them and they said they would be delivering between 2 and 4pm that day. Five minutes later it was delivered!!!! then there was no pallet truck, it wasn't requested I was told. My other suppliers who I will be going back to explained that there drives were very helpful and where convenient would drop the pallet where I requested. The driver was very helpful, no problems. I then rang a friend who I new had a pallet truck and we moved the pallet from my drive to a more secure location. That cost me a bottle of wine and £10. I'll let you decide whether I am impressed with, what do you call yourself ''The luxury Wood Company''”

“The logs are mostly good but some are rotted. Some are very dirty which makes the glass on my log burner smoke up. None of these problems were apparent with one of your competors. Delivery is free with yourselves.”
