“Luxurywood are competitively priced, we have had 3 crates of oak delivered over the last 6months, full crates, 1st one was good but delivery contractor was somewhat unhelpful, 2nd one we had some questionable logs and bad delivery experience - not directly the fault of luxurywood but their delivery contractors are still representing them in the 'product' - luxurywood were really good - took on our feedback and offered to make things right after delivery 2 and on delivery 3 - AWESOME - fantastic quality logs in this crate, different delivery driver this time too and he was really accomodating and helpful. Luxurywood have done the important thing - show me how well they can deal with things when they go wrong! VERY WELL is the answer...”

“Wood of excellent quality, able to light fire straight away. Ordered over the Christmas period so wasn't expecting to receive delivery the first week of January but we did. So great product with great service from the company supplying it.”

“Ordered one pallet of ash and one of oak, was very pleased with the packing as there was hardly any gap between the logs. My only gripe is with the size of the ash logs as half the load was over ten inches meaning I had to cut them down to fit in my small Morso stove.”

“Generally service is quick and the product is good quality. Last time some logs had a coating of mud which seemed to cause excess deposit on the stove glass. I find it impossible to determine value for money compared with other suppliers since quantities supplied are vague (eg bags, pallets etc rather than weight) but overall I am quite satisfied and will continue to purchase from you.”

“Your prices are always very competitive. We have placed orders for full pallets of wood pellets that we use for horse bedding. Pallets have always been reasonably well packed and damaged bags kept to an absolute minimum - we had suffered up to 20% damaged and leaking from a rival supplier before we made the switch. We have also purchased half and full pallets of ash logs which are everything you claimed they would be. Very clean burning with a high heat output. There is a good mix of sizes, the smaller logs useful to restore a slumbering fire. We wouldn't wast our money on anything else now. The delivery company is an absolute credit to you. They notify us prior to the delivery date and they quite happy to keep consignments safely warehoused if we can't meet them on a specific day. Drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I can't see us using another supplier”

“your website and service are very good, you're only problem is the company you use to deliver the wood to me, the drivers are VERY RUDE and VERY unhelpful and i think they give you a bad name. they now refuse to reverse down my drive to deliver the logs, and will only drop them off road side, which is about 100 yards from my log store. i may not be able to use you anymore if the delivery tomorrow is unsuccessful, which will be a shame, as i have problem ordered from you between 5 and 10 times and consider myself a good customer.”

“Ordered over Christmas period - prompt delivery and driver very helpful, wheeled it up the drive (slight incline) straight into the garage. Just started to burn the Ash (had stove installed yesterday) and all seems fine. Will definitely order again given that the kiln dried Ash appears to be of good quality as well as being price competitive.”

“The quality of wood and peat is always reliable. The logs are very dry and of varied sizes. The peat is an excellent slow burning fuel. Customer services and couriers have always been helpful. We are very satisfied returning customers.”

“The wood I ordered was the birch wood which is split in to smaller pieces than the ash I ordered previously.I was pleased with this as it saves a lot of time. Wood burns well and smells great. Delivery driver was happy to assist in putting the pallet of logs up my sloped driveway with the help of a neighbour. Overall, a positive experience ...”

“Excellent service. The lorry driver was fabulous he placed my pallet in my back garden as opposed to just leaving it on my back drive where there would have been risk of theft! Definitely ordering again. Logs burning well too. Loving my fire never been so warm!”

“Cannot fault the company or the courier excellent service. The logs are an expensive way to heat the house , so may stay with the seasoned ones instead , but great if you can afford them”

“My previous crate had decent sized logs which burnt well well and why I accordingly re-ordered another crate. However the crate I received prior to Christmas had very small logs, in fact I wouldn't even call some of them logs at all as I now use some of them for kindling and the rest being small they burn in no time.”
