“I have been using Luxury Wood Company for 3yrs, the logs are superb, but just as important to me are the logs in nets, I find these so easy to handle as I am disabled. Thank you LWC .”

“Appoint made for the first delivery date. Waited in all day. Nothing. Next appointment made after my phone call. Waited inconveniently all day. Nothing. Told that compensation would be forthcoming. Nothing. Delivery made supposedly before 12.00 on the third delivery date but eventually arrived around 2 pm. What are you going to do about this appalling service? I was recommended by a friend who is most embarrassed by the service.”

Dear Richard, We apologise for any inconveniences caused, we feel really let down by the depot in your area and actions were taken to switch to a different depot in your area. “Great service. Good wood. Only priblem is disposung if palet not everyone wants to cut them up. The only dowmside is I cant take any more palets”

“The pre-Christmas delivery was tailored to us very well. Communication about the order and the delivery itself was spot on. Very impressed with the heat output and burning duration of the eco-briquettes. Good value and as pre-packed gives good storage options.”

“Company good but product useless. Peat gives low heat and creates mountains of ash. Won't buy this again. Description on website very misleading”

Dear Neil, Peat does leave more ash that firewood or heat logs, but it is not excessive. Please contact us as we would like to assess this further.

“This really is the easiest way to buy wood. Fast, efficient and a great product. I live in the Isle of Man and saved over £100 by buying from The Luxury Wood Company even after shipping costs. I placed my order on Tuesday morning and my logs were delivered on the Friday, just four days later. Great service, highly recommended.”
