“Very efficient office staff - who always reply, phone or email, and when asked about delivery, went through to the driver to confirm. Highly recommend, as I have used other, less efficient firms - well, firms that use less efficient courier companies! By far the best and most economical. Will definitely use again. It isn't hard to tell the companies that value their customers, and this is one that does!”

“We have bought logs from several suppliers in several parts of the country and have been very pleased with the quality. My wife says we should support local companies where we can , so we bought from this company in DONCASTER. THE QUALITY IS DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST.---I would say that 40% of the crates was no better than kindling. I will never buy from these bandits AGAIN”

“Very easy to order online with good order tracking. Delivery was arranged by local haulage company whose driver was happy to manoeuvre pallet to my requested spot. Logs fairly uniform and a good length for our wood burner although some would have benefited from being split.”

“The heat logs we had were EXCELLENT. The Bioblaze heat logs cost us £36 per month over 2 yrs and 2 months. That is with one log burner for the bulk of our heating and hot water and another occasional wood burner for film nights in a second room through the Winter. We have only had to clear the ashes about once every two weeks...they are SO efficient.Plus...there is no splitting of logs to do. We reckon they have saved us 50% of our heating bills. On the down side, to buy in bulk , we needed a fork lift to offload ..which we could arrange with prior warning , but the delivery firm paid no heed to our requests for prior warning and just turned up. A simple difficulty which Luxury Firewoods should be able to solve.”

“Wood burns well gives out plenty of heat. Delivery service leaves a lot to be desired, as soon as driver got out off lorry he said he wouldn't Be delivering to us again even though we had put in instructions That we live on county roads, also they had previously delivered to my Neighbour. If the delivery service was better would give 5 stars.”
