“Ordering, delivery and delivery driver - excellent. Nice to get a small discount for my first order on the new site - always appreciated. Wood appears dry but some would appear a bit small - took this up with the company who said those pieces were "fillers" to ensure the customer gets a solid crate of logs. Had a concern about how full the crate was as had also ordered kindling which was transported on top of the crate and I suggested to the company that this had taken away some log space - they said no - fair enough - I'll check my next crate with no kindling to compare. I'll definitely order again.”

“The quality of the products are good. It is annoying when shortly after placing an order an email is received with reduced prices on offer. Also my last order was sent on 2 pallets when I had paid for 3 which made unloading very difficult”

“Extremely friendly reply to my order. Wood was delivered on the day I requested it and was able to find out when the carrier would arrive. Delivered as near to the door as possible. Had the logs in nets as it was easier to handle and stack . Have burnt a couple of logs which were nice and dry and gave out a good heat. I bought 70 nets so it will be a while before I need to buy anymore.”

“Rubbish Product ! I ordered a BARK MULCH BULK BAG (1M3). This was ugly looking, decomposed compost, full of big twigs and not a bark at all. Returning it might have been full of headache , so i used it as bottom layer in my garden and then ordered a good quality bark from another supplier for top layer”

“The crate of wood was at least one third smaller than the one shown in the photo on the website. Some of the wood was covered in live moss- how can that be if the wood is kiln dried. I ordered a batch of hardwood and many of the logs look like pine type. I tried to e mail the company about my disquiet and had an automatic response stating there was an issue with aol and I had to make contact another way. The driver put the crate so close to my window that it was leaning on my pic windowframe. I have pictures if you wish. Not happy and will not order from you again as poor value for money”

“The quality of the logs, excellent. I asked for small logs and was pleased that the size was suitable for my small open fire. The delivery company is as their name states, first class. They always bring the pallet up behind my gates, which is extremely helpful to me. Ordering from yourselves, service excellent. I look forward to my next Summer delivery”

“The first time I used Luxury Wood Company I received very small logs I remarked on this at the time and on my next delivery I requested big fat logs. My next delivery I received clean dry big fat logs. You listened :-)”
