“It's the first time I've used The Luxury Wood Company, and have been impressed with their helpfulness, and follow up of the order. Delivery man was brilliant, we have a long-ish drive on a slight incline, but he was happy enough to bring the pallet down and position exactly where I wanted. The products themselves are exactly as advertised. Will be ordering from them again. Thank you.”

“we have had quiet a few loads of fuel of you and apart from one bad delivery driver (beyond your control) we have no complaints. I particularly like this last load of B grade wood very good value considering we burn quite a lot each winter. Thank you”

“Ordered a cubic metre of bark chips.. easy ordering, good price, delivered to agreed time and product is good..it was dry, covered to protect from rain and easy to apply...overall v good!”

“I have a biomass boiler and have used several companies in the past, what sets the Luxury Wood Company apart is customer service. My recent delivery had to have a damaged bag removed before shipping, customer services contacted me to advise of this fact and reassured me that I would be credited for the missing bag. When the delivery arrived there were further bags which were damaged. I contacted the company who credited the damaged bags immediately, not all companies have such a commitment to customers.”

“Delivery was good but the compost was lumpy and congealed in part,not the best for seedlings and small plants.”

Dear David, The compost should not be lumpy in fact is is screened several times to make sure it is well separated before use. We will contact you as you may be sue a replacement.

“Richard Read rang in advance and confirmed delivery - they had also split the pallet and delivered on a smaller vehicle that was able to off-load on my property. Unfortunately a few of the bags were split which made a bit of a mess. Also whilst I have only used a few bags of the product, two of them have either previously been crushed or were filled with debris/powder rather than 'ovals'. Product burns evenly and does not produce excessive amounts of ash.”

“The compost I ordered from The Luxury Wood Company was, indeed, luxurious. I've had lumpier flour! The price was really competitive, postage and packaging was free, delivery was quick and on time and my plants are thriving. I highly recommend this company.”

“We had the delivery booked by the supplier and waited in and it didnt turn up, we had another date and waited in and it didnt turn up, we then had to wait in again another day it turned up, the creats that are being used nowe are 25% smaller than the two previous orders we have had from them and the customer services said that it was reflected in the price , this isnt true. we were offered £30 pounds compensation for the missed deliveries but it was on a future order so we feel like we are now being blackmailed to get our compensation this is on top of the 3 wasted days we have already had. really poor customer service, and smaller size creates NOT GOOD.”
