“Very pleased with my order and will be using them again, I changed from using White Horse, as there customer services and last lot of kiln dried ash was not as in previous years. If your not sure who to use , use The Luxury Wood Company.”

“The wood was beautifully pack with a good variety of thicknesses, easy to unpack and handle. Obviously low in moisture. content. Plus there was a couple of bags of goodies included in the crate.”

“The product us great, but yet again your delivery service let you down. I was promised a call one hour before delivery, yet again I did not receive one and the driver turned up at no notice and dumped the product in the road at a time when I was not able to be dealing with him as I had no warning. I was given a lame excuse about no mobile reception, not quite sure how that can be for up to an hour before arriving at my house, I don't live in the middle of the country but in Brighton City Center!”

“I am very happy with the prompt response to my order, however I am less than satisfied with the extreme rise in cost. I have been praising your company to friends who have new burners,but the cost is a consideration.”

“Quality dry wood. Well organised delivery. The driver couldn't get his lorry up our drive so hauled it on a pallet truck for the last fifty yards! Nothing was too much trouble.”

“However a lot of the wood is of a very small size, some I used for kindling! This obviously is not an economical buy which is a shame as the wood was dry and very clean. I would prefer larger logs please.”

“This is the best wood I ever found, dry as a bone, clear, well stacked in the crate,. you know exactly how much you pay for in cubic metres (not as typical provider gives you 'decent load, builders bag' etc.- this is usually only half or 2/3 of the exact amount of stacked wood). Always delivered perfectly next to the house. I recommend this company - or rather keep it for myself as a secret :)”

“Great logs, ideal size, they are so dry I don't need to use kindling; good delivery, so I am happy to order again, although I got such a huge crate of logs and it was packed full, it will see me through Christmas and beyond!”

“ordering the wood no problem delivery was poor & that's being kind after waiting in all day because they did not know if it was morning or afternoon delivery which was poor it did not arrive no phone call to say what had happened then we went away for the weekend got back Sunday evening to find it had been delivered next door who said they would accept delivery no note through the door or anything very shoddy could not care attitude so yes poor is being kind”
