Appoint made for the first delivery date. Waited in all day. Nothing.
Next appointment made after my phone call. Waited inconveniently all day. Nothing. Told that compensation would be forthcoming. Nothing.
Delivery made supposedly before 12.00 on the third delivery date but eventually arrived around 2 pm.
What are you going to do about this appalling service? I was recommended by a friend who is most embarrassed by the service.
