“Ordered Kiln dried Ash on Thursday, delivered the following Thursday. Great delivery driver, waited while I moved two vehicles then trolleyed the crate into the garage, saving me a lot of time and effort unloading the crate and restacking it. Also the kiln dried Ash is super dry measuring 6% on my damp meter. Well done Luxury Wood!”

“I bought my timber more than 3 weeks ago. I was promissed callbacks with delivery dates etc but this has never happened. So at the moment I have no money and no timber. The friendly customer services cannot do anything about it as apparently the responsible part - logistics - doesn't care and wouldn't be bothered to reply to their colleague's emails as well... Want it on time - definitely not here... Update1 After many calls and promises I have the delivery date - next Tuesday. So far no compensation for the delay was offered. Let's just hope the delivery will happen and that the quality is ok. Update 2 I got the delivery. Very friendly driver, good quality of timber. Despite the delay I'll come back for more if I'll need it. The main message of this review - be aware delivery might be very delayed but its worth it.”

“Order process was fairly smooth, but then there was no communication. It was only when I phoned up a few weeks after I placed my order that I found out my goods were out for delivery that day. As I work over an hour away then that clearly a problem. The log store came in five black shrink wrapped packages. The wood inside the packing was quiet damp making it heavier. The only other thing in the packages was a knotted plastic sandwich bag with some screws and a little card with a barcode. You need to scan the barcode to see the assembly instructions. I found the instructions hard to follow, quite possibly because I’m looking at them on an IPhone. I counted out the screwes and there were three of the shorter ones missing. One of the little blocks that are holders for the base was missing. The screw was still there but not the block. The block wasn’t in the packaging either so it must have been knocked off before the goods were packed. I managed to manufacture a replacement block from one of the assembly guides blocks. I would recommend two person assembly. I did find it difficult to fit the roof. In the end I have a nice, strong log store, but things could have been easier.”
