“They are a trustworthy professional company. I ordered some materials from them which turned out to be wrong size. However the company collected the materials and tried to supply me the correct size and standard materials which weren’t available then they happily refunded me in full. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.”

“Wood was ordered, receipt was issued and I received a call from the delivery driver to say when he was delivering. All very easy and no problems at all.”

“Happy with the pellets, but it's a shame they don't bother to provide any updates on the delivery. I received an email confirmation of the order and then heard nothing more until a pallet company called saying they were delivering the next day. It would be better if they could send an update with the tracking details when the pallet is picked up.”

“I've been using The Luxury Wood Company for a few years now and they have always very good and their products are excellent and usually delivered before the expected date but the delivery company always phone the day before to make sure you are available. 👍🙂”

“My wife is very ill in hospital. I had to reschedule my delivery which you did & then i had to postpone it indefinitely which I know you can't do. But you did it. Thanks for going the extra mile much appreciated.”

“Good quality wood .Price competitive but gone up dramatically from last time.The new delivery company is very poor though- didn’t place the 2.4 meter crate in the right position and didn’t have a good quality hydronic trolley to do the delivery .Hopefully they will get a better delivery partner soon”

“Firewood supplied is excellent quality in terms of size and burn rate. Having bought from luxury wood before, unfortunately I purchased from another supplier who packed the centre with what can only be described as kindling sized wood. Luxury wood supply only high quality logs, cut to good burnable sized sections. I will only be buying from them going forward. Remember, the pain of poor quality will be remembered long after the cost of high quality has been forgotten!”

“Have ordered nets of logs previously, the most recent was Ash. There seemed to be a lot more smaller pieces than usual. The quality is excellent and the delivery was spot on.”
