“Quick service and excellent delivery. Bought ash in nets as it's so much easier to move and stack; although slightly more expensive, it is well worth it.”

“I had my first order from you, half a crate of oak, a month ago, service was good. However I do find that although the logs burn well when the fire is fully open, on closing down, I have a new Jotul with the double burn, they just smolder, hardly any flames. Also in the morning instead of finding just ash in the grate there is a considerable amount of charcoal. Is this common with Oak? I will try Ash next time. Included with the order was a pack of kindling firelighters and a gas lighter. The latter is very good however, the box of firelighters although given the impression that each piece could be broken off, just like a chocolate bar, couldn't.”

“Good service and the wood is perfect ,I use to buy unseasoned but no more thanks to the LWC this was my first order but I will order again ,it's clean and burns well.”

“Having had to use second rate (definitely NOT kiln dried!) logs whilst we waited for this delivery we can confirm our original thoughts that these kiln dried logs are THE BEST! Many thanks for a great product. Your Kristina really pulled out all the stops to expedite our order in January, as we had failed to remember the length of time we had to wait for this. Our fault entirely but she was terrific! Thanks again to her!”

“Very easy transaction, great communication throughout. The delivery driver was great, he placed my logs just where I asked. I ordered the large pallet of oak logs to use in a log burner. The wood is very dry ad fairly clean with a good variety of sizes . It gives a lot of heat and a nice flame. I would purchase again in the future.”

“We have four multi-fuel-burning stoves in the house and so are careful who we get our wood from. The kiln dried Ash is as good as it gets. We also recently took a half pallet of peat to try out and loved it. The peat / Ash is a great combination. The drivers have so far been very helpful. Prices are also competitive. I am very happy overall.”

“Prompt delivery. The courier was able to deliver the crate to exactly where we needed it. We are enjoying wonderful warm fires using your kiln dried oak. Wish we had found you years ago. We have had out wood burning stove for 20 years and you wood is the best we have ever bought. Thank you we shall be ordering from your company again.”

“Having previously bought a pallet of wood I thought I would purchase a crests of ASH but when moving the wood I cannot see any difference from the normal create we purchased the first time. On saying that we would purchase a create again as the service is good and the wood isn't bad either.”

“Although the logs are perfectly acceptable and always dry as stated, the delivery can be quite scary sometimes, as two small pallets are often placed one on top of the other making it precarious. And I still can't believe the price increase was twice in as many weeks. I will be looking for an alternative.”

“Delivered in time , in a good stacked pallet in sections. Brilliant , we have tried the brickett type logs aswell, seem good burns well. Perhaps a bit pricy but all kiln dried wood is. Thankyou.”
