“1st time ordering our winter fuel with the luxury wood company, very easy to order staff very helpful, delivery company 10/10 driver placed all three pallets into garage no problem. So all ready now for whatever the British weather throws our way. Would highly recommend will use again.”

“even with special instructions that we have restricted access, a lorry of completely the inappropriate size was sent. the driver park on the duel carriageway a few hundred yards away and down a sizable hill from us, then suggested we the female staff carry each pellet bag manually from the lorry to our storeroom. this was neither practical or appropriate so delivery had to be declined. days later and several phone calls before we received our order.”

“a Little disappointed with my second delivery the first load was excellent but this delivery was very dirty with lots of rubbish and moss on the logs”

“Ordering and communications were good. 3 of the 8 pallets themselves (not contents) were damaged which made handling and storing difficult. 4 of the 8 pallets had split bags and although very little of the pellets were lost at delivery the contents will spill out when the wrapping is removed and bags handled.”

“My 1st try with aa smaller load from the Luxury Wood Co and I'm impressed. Quick delivery (that could be down to time of year) but the quality of the wood is good, burns well and better than my previous supplier so the Luxury Wood Co is a winner!”

“Good quick delivery, arrived when avised by shipper, unable to comment on quality of wood or burn as we are in the middle of a english summer ..wil know more i a couple of weeks”

“Ordering is extremely easy as is delivery. Delivery drivers are very helpful and always phone in advance of arrival. The pallet enclosed structures provides a useful source of kindling thus making a saving. The kiln dried split logs are excellent for burning.”

“now we know it takes 5 days we will order further in advance but the wood is really lovely a great mixture of sizes so no log splitting required. Fire lighters are small packets but they are so efficient you only require half the usual amount. Great Service great wood. Large pallet driver was very helpful getting it exactly where I wanted. “The product is first class, but some of the packaging gets torn and we have to use these bags first to avoid spoil waste. Also, the local delivery depot can be difficult to speak to.”

“This firm is easy to deal with - pleasant telephone manner. Delivery to the Highlands was a little problematic, but, not a fault of the supplier. I have been buying from this supplier for a long time and will continue to do so as I believe they offer good value for money.”

“Whilst I never have any complaints about the quality and quantity of the wood contained in the jumbo crates I order, unfortunately the instructions I give re being called are never adhered to. I ask each time that I am called a half hour before delivery as I am seldom further away than that, it is a roadside delivery and should I not be there it could not be delivered. It is fortunate that the last three times I have been at home. My commenting to the drivers on having that half hour before phone call before delivery are just met with a shrug and 'it's not on our delivery note mate'. So, ten out of ten for the wood, three out of ten for the delivery. Best regards, Tim Read”
