“Good quality oak skirting and helpful staff. The profile sections were very well protected for transit but the rest was wrapped in thin polythene which did not survive the journey in all cases leading to some of the packages open on arrival. Additionally one of the seven packs was lost in transit. However staff were very helpful in dealing with this and a replacement was sent very quickly. I did say to the sales team that I was not impressed by the way the courier company looked after the items.”

“Ordered 1jumbo crate and 70 nets of logs which duly arrived on the designated date. The delivery was quick and despatched into my garage within 20 minutes Excellent service and fantastic logs and if they burn like last years I will be back next year. Many thanks”

“Very pleased with the quality of the heat logs and the time it took for delivery. However I was disappointed by the delivery man unable to do anything other than leave the pallet on pavement when the garage was just 30 foot up a level the concrete drive. As a 70 year old I will have consider going elsewhere in future.”

“Really top class service from the girl taking my order right through to delivery straight into my garage some 48 hours later. Absolutely First class. Why can't everyone operate like this. I will not be going anywhere else for my wood and it burns beautifully. Interestingly I would probably not have considered Luxury Wood as the name implies it might be expensive but it was suggested by a friend who is also a customer. Shows how wrong one can be. Great value especially when on offer Thank you Luxury Wood Company”

“I have used The Luxury Wood Company for nearly 2 years and am very satisfied with their products and their delivery service. Their customer services were also very helpful in finding out a more accurate time for delivery. Their kiln dried logs are excellent and last longer than the ordinary local logs which makes them cost effective. I shall certainly continue to use them.”

“My 2nd delivery of large pallet of ash logs. Good quality delivered where required on my drive. My first batch of logs burned very well and I see no reason when the cold weather arrives that my 2nd batch will not burn equally well”

“I am a repeat customer of the luxury wood company and will probably continue to be so but I have concerns over the quality of wood offered during sale periods. I have bought at full price and been very happy with the quality but my last purchase (plus a previous sale purchase) have been a disappointment. The wood on both occasions is of poor quality, small in size, lightweight and not up to the usual standard. Had I not carried 72 net bags into my basement for storage I would have requested a collection and refund. I can only assume you do a blowout super sale and to maintain margins bundle up all the lowest grade wood you have and send this out? All my other purchases have been excellent but I would not by from you in a sale period again. Had I paid full price I would expect a refund.”

“This was our first order LWC. I'm very impressed with the efficiency of the company, handling of the order and also customer service. As this order was delivered in June, we have not burnt any wood yet, but the wood very good quality. It was was well secured on the pallet. The delivery truck arrived when indicated and the wood was delivered without any hassle. Driver was pleasant and helpful. All in all we have received an excellent service and very competitively priced wood.”
