“Great quality logs with expert delivery Aaron Logistics move the log pallet from roadside to the top of my very steep and long drive using a motorised pallet trolley so as good as your logs are I wouldn't take delivery without them.”

“My order of heat logs where delivered with a lot of the packaging around the individual 10kg packs loose and coming away allowing the logs to fall out and brake, all previous deliveries of both logs and heat logs have been successful”

“The Luxury Wood Company are very good to deal with. I do not think I should have to pay more for delivery especially when they refuse to bring the logs in to my drive off the road. I have a long way to bring the logs when they could easily drop them on a flat plinth next to my log store.”

“Second order from this company. Fairly good product let down by a poor delivery experience twice and won't be ordering again. Both times I had to chase to find out if the delivery was booked and when for. Then again on both times I had to double chase the delivery company when they missed their slot. Finally, on both occasions they struggles to get the load off the truck and suggested just dumping it on the drive despite that not being the service we paid for, incidentally the web site says to explicitly NOT leave briquettes outside. So after a lot of chasing and then discussion with delivery driver we eventually get our product, but it's a cowboy service at best.”

“Because we are retired and have only one source of heating i.e. the Wood Burner we appreciated the Summer Offer on the Kiln Dried Logs and hope very much that the prices can be kept low”

“The ordering went smoothly and the transport company phoned me on Tuesday to ask when they could deliver, as the weather had been changeable we picked Friday morning as the forecast was dry. At noon there was no delivery so I phoned to be told my logs hadn't been put on the lorry but they could deliver at 4.00pm. I agreed. About 4.00 pm it started to drizzle, by the time the guy had dumped the pallet on the drive it was raining and got heavier. We got soaked putting the logs in the log stores and so did the logs. If they had delivered as agreed in the morning it would have been fine but poor delivery let me down and not for the first time with Luxury Wood.”
