“The order is dealt with efficiently. The crate of super quality kiln dried timber arrives on the appointed day. The packaging is unbelievable - PACKED NEATLY INTO A STURDY CRATE AND WRAPPED FOR PROTECTION WITH CLING FILM AND POLYTHENE. I used all of the materials from dismantling the crate and made a picket fence for my garden.”

“The logs arrived as scheduled although I have not used any yet the ash appears to be first class and dry plenty of them for a decent price I will certainly revue later once winter kicks in although from what I can see the quality looks excellent”

“Great quality logs with expert delivery Aaron Logistics move the log pallet from roadside to the top of my very steep and long drive using a motorised pallet trolley so as good as your logs are I wouldn't take delivery without them.”

“My order of heat logs where delivered with a lot of the packaging around the individual 10kg packs loose and coming away allowing the logs to fall out and brake, all previous deliveries of both logs and heat logs have been successful”

“The Luxury Wood Company are very good to deal with. I do not think I should have to pay more for delivery especially when they refuse to bring the logs in to my drive off the road. I have a long way to bring the logs when they could easily drop them on a flat plinth next to my log store.”
