“I'm afraid you didn't score top marks because there was no notification of when you delivering the wood. It's a good job I was at home when the wood did arrive. Other than that I was very pleased with my purchase.”

“Excellent, competitively-priced kiln-dried ash logs. I've tried 5 other suppliers over the years, but always come back to Luxury Wood, who never disappoint in terms of quality. I have had problems with delivery from their local supplier in the past (inappropriate vehicles, not being told when they were coming, etc) - but this time I contacted Dayana at the Luxury Wood office and she managed to arrange the first-ever perfect delivery! Now even more reason to stick with them! Christmas bonus for Dayana?”

“I ordered a big load of ash logs in nets - 50 nets! They were delivered quickly and neatly positioned in the road close to my front door so that we could unload them quickly. The logs are excellent - all cut to an equal length and chopped into a good range of sizes and shapes which makes it fairly easy to build an Alpine-style wood pile all along an exterior wall, sheltered from rain. Ash burns slowly and gives out a lot of heat. It's a sweaty job shifting all the nets and building the log pile, but worth it.”

“Delivery was arranged perfectly. The staff were really helpful. The delivery arrived early in the morning so it gave me plenty of time to store it. The price very good value. Today is the 3rd September and we have the wood burner on, the oak logs are fantastic. We will definitely use this company again. Christopher”

“Ordering fine. Delivery very poor - no date provided - delivery driver dropped pallet on side blocking neighbours drive. Wife and I had to drop everything to move 2.5 tons of wood out the way. Driver blamed you and left.”

“From the initial phone call to the delivery everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in squeezing a quart into a pint pot as the expression goes when space is limited. Thank you all very much”
