“Delivery was arranged perfectly. The staff were really helpful. The delivery arrived early in the morning so it gave me plenty of time to store it. The price very good value. Today is the 3rd September and we have the wood burner on, the oak logs are fantastic. We will definitely use this company again. Christopher”

“Ordering fine. Delivery very poor - no date provided - delivery driver dropped pallet on side blocking neighbours drive. Wife and I had to drop everything to move 2.5 tons of wood out the way. Driver blamed you and left.”

“From the initial phone call to the delivery everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery driver was extremely helpful in squeezing a quart into a pint pot as the expression goes when space is limited. Thank you all very much”

“Wood is reasonably priced, no issues there. But, the delivery is terrible. They use couriers for nearly 1 ton crates of firewood that normally handle fridges. I had to help them get it off the lorry and down the drive and it was bloody dangerous for both the poor guy delivering and me with a ton crate teetering on a pallet trolley. A delivery like this must be with a lorry with a small crane. It's only a matter of time till someone gets hurt it they don't change the delivery method.”

“Placed an order for a crate of kiln dried ash to take advantage of the early bird offer. After ordering I looked at reviews and was shocked to see the negative reviews with respect to the delivery agents. I needn't have worried though, our driver was very good and we experienced no problems at all, as with all our previous orders.”

“The ash wood that I have came in nets which for me is very handy due to the fact that I live on a street with rather steep slop this is our second purchase and from the looks it is up to the quality of the first order, the delivery driver again was the same man and he was extremely helpful using his pallet truck he placed it at the bottom of my drive again which is on a slope I have no problem in recommending this company long may the quality continue”

“Beware the shrinking crate size. Down by about 12% internal dimensions but the price is similar. This was our fourth or fifth order with the luxury wood company. We were surprised to find the crate was smaller (although it is in the small print on the website). Jumbo crates have become Full crates and shrunk.”

Dear customer, I went ahead and checked the orders you have made with us and last year's order was for a different product. The wood type and size both are different to the product you purchased this year. I have emailed you with some information regarding that, hoping that will clear out the misunderstanding with the crate size.
