“I haven't used the wood yet but on examination it looks good. The delivery was on time and the driver did is utmost to put the delivery where I asked him to. The delivery was on time and I had been notified before hand. I will be using this service again. Thank you.”

“This is our fourth delivery and the wood is always well packed and burns really well in our woodburner without making the glass excessively dirty. Unfortunately quite a few of the logs are too big and we have to split them before we can use them.”

“Wood arrived as expected, good delivery. The wood was dry but some of it was covered in green mould this is not satisfactory,I don't want to bring this into my house.This is the first time this has happened in several orders.”

“The service received and delivery were very good. However, the actual wood this time was very odd in shape and size. Some pieces were more like kindling and others much too big for the stove. I shall have to arrange for someone to split about 10 per cent of the delivery. The logs I have used are very good and give lots of heat. Next time I hope the logs will be more evenly sized.”

“Logs delivered quickly, well packed and the crate looked the same as on the web page. First time I've used ash logs and the difference to the softwood I've been using is surprising, I have a wood burning boiler stove heating a thermal store and it warms up much faster and uses a fraction of the wood. I'll be ordering again.”
