“Prompt delivery, good quality pellets, I tend to buy on price, but happy with latest batch of Latvian EN1 pellets, burn well, bags good quality, hauliers never ring so taking a chance of someone not being present.”

“This was the first time that i have used your company, which was recommend by my son in law who as taken several deliverys from you, my order was for 70 netted bags as my location is on a hill, the netted bags put the cost up by £10 over the standard 2 cubic metre but is the best way to go if in doubt, the wood quality to look at ( not used it yet) is very good with the moisture content less than 10%, the delivery was first class the driver did is very best to assist in a smooth operation, i will use again as the current price is acceptable for the quality of the wood, which only marginally more costly than any other and is kiln dried”

“Thanks Luxury wood company. So happy with your product and delivery over the years. Always prompt, high quality wood and exactly what we have asked for. The one time we had a small issue, your customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. We have used other companies in the past but none have lived up to your customer service and product.”

“Just want to say thanks for delivering some excellent dry wood. Burns well and hot, perfect length, no additional chopping required, my wife likes this, basically great value for money, delivered on time and stacked in tight. Well becoming back for more when we run out.”

“pellets are excellent for biomass boiler unfortunately delivery is shocking two days after we were supposed to get delivery still not arrived going into third day will not answer the phone when I try to find out whats going on you should seriously look at changing who delivers your product”

“Beautiful product, sadly 2 large bags of mulch bark were sent on a single pallet... making it nearly impossible for the driver to remove the pallet from the lorry; thus requiring myself to help with the significant task. In the future, if sending 2 large bags... put on 2 pallets. Yes, perhaps shipping is high cost but your customer isn't left in a position to either do the work and help the driver OR reject the shipment. Cheers.”

“Bark mulch very good, delivery on time - but was difficult to unload. 2 of us had to handle the cu.m bag off the trailer, spilling half of it! Could have done with some sort of lifting equip.”

“purchased 4 pallets of peat so far, top marks for excellent product and delivery, kept our cottage and three wood burners going through the winter ,3 bricks of peat and a log get in for 5 hrs, very economical, used it on my Rayburn as well, still have 3 pallets left, highly recommended,”

“This was our first purchase from this company and having three wood burners a good supply of wood is essential. Wood is excellent. Had to wait slightly longer for delivery of wood as purchased out of so called season so that brought our overall rating down to good rather than excellent.”
