“The communication was good, the delivery was good however the product (1 tonne of bagged wood pellets) had a lot of dust in a number of the bags.”

“I have now had two deliveries from your company and your drivers/delivery people have been both skilful, pleasant and have gone out of their way to help. The 26 ton (tonne) pantechnicon does fit easily down our drive but has to be backed off the main road and down a hill in order to deliver the tailgate to the correct position. I cannot praise the drivers enough, they are most skilled. Also the wood is wonderful. True to size, dry, and both easy to start and long lasting in burning. If you don't hear from me in the near future it is because I now have enough logs to last me a year. There is a BMW Z4 shaped space in my garage surrounded by nets of logs as well as two full outside log stores. Thank you, Sylvia Pounds”

“Fantastic product,far superior to cheaper logs which vary HUGELY in their moisture content. Burns cleanly, no blackening of the glass on my log burner. Excellent heat output to the room, radiators and hot water. I had wonderful customer service throughout, even to the delivery driver, Trevor, who went to great lengths to put the largest size pallet right outside my garage. Very satisfied”

“I started using your service at the back end of last year, and have just taken delivery of our second order of Bio Blaze heat logs (96 packs of them). The product is first class, lights really easily and gets up to temperature very quickly. My stove is a small 3kw one wiht an eco fan and thermometer on top. A single heat log broken in half, with the bottom air vents closed takes it to optimum temperature and keeps it there for about an hour. This particular delivery however is worthy of note. The trucks lift was broken and he couldn't unload the pallet. He taken the time to unload the delivery by hand, stacking them outside the garage. Pegasus Inverness - Take a bow - first class service. Oh - if you haven't already worked out, they deliver free of charge to the Highlands of Scotland. Bonus!”

“We ordered a jumbo crate and it was ok, there was a disturbing amount of softwood in it though, probably about 15% softwood, some rotten. ok value, pretty convenient delivery though, and the crate it came in made great kindling.”

“Hi we started using your company to buy logs at first delivery was ok but for the past four deliveries have been a total shambles the latest one is the worst yet. I phoned the delivery company a week ago to arrange for delivery on Monday when I phoned on Monday to confirm the order they said that they might not make it but they would phone me to let me know they never phoned so on Tuesday morning I phoned yourself to find out what was going on.Its now 17:15 on Tuesday and still no logs and it's now dark outside.l like your product but this service is totally unacceptable I have wasted two days waiting for this delivery E johnston”

“We were impressed with the value of the bags of kiln dried logs (70 bags per pallet) and have had a good fire burning since we received the order. Only three problems! First, the pallet tipped over on the back of the lorry. He dumped the bags on the road and we had to load the bags onto a wheel barrow and throw them in the garage. It was raining heavily and the driver kindly jumped into his cab while I was loading the barrow for the umteenth time (it carried 6 bags at a time). The next problem was when I called Luxury Wood Co. They asked for photographs before they could deal with my complaint. Obviously, I didn't have time to pose for pics as it was raining heavily. Our final moan is that the load of 'ash' logs have something else mixed in - it looks like spruce. If we order a load of ash that is what we expect. In saying all of that we will reorder but we'll get the jumbo crate and I'll have my camera on standby.”

“Very easy experience, wood quality excellent, nice solid pieces of wood that burn beautifully on our log burner. Hugely impressed by the delivery driver who after unloading from the lorry, wheeled it in to my garage and manoeuvred it around to exactly where I wanted it, really nice chap.”

“The product has always been very good but the last delivery driver damaged my 5 bar gate post by trying to be more helpful when I was not at home. Normally my loads are left just inside my gateway but on the last occasion the driver attempted to reverse up my drive to make it easier for us and clobbered a gate post with his vehicle. These things happen and it will not put me off purchasing from you in the near future. Jack Asquith”

“Your wood pellets are the best price I can find anywhere. We bought AKZ which burn excellent with little ash. Have used other much more expensive brands like Verdo and Woodlets but find AKZ burn as good as any at an amazing price. Thank you LWC, John”

“Very easy to order both wood pellets and logs, never had any difficulties. I have also ordered them for my sister as a surprise and they have always been delivered on time. After having started to use the Baltic wood pellets I find I prefer the Woodlets and would order these in the future. The ash logs are excellent, very dry and burns well and my sister praises them as well.,”

“I've been useing heat logs for the last two years and my son in law were very happy with the price and quality we buy in the summer when the sales are on all so their easy to stack and burn better than normal logs????????????????????”
