“This was my first consignment of oak which is more expensive to kickstart but it’s longevity seems to easily outweigh the ignition costs.”

“Great service only thing that let’s then down is the delivery company you don’t get a notification as to when will be delivered they just turn up. Not handy if you not at home.”

“Great logs, burn well. Packaged well so stay dry even if it rains. Tried Ash this time. Delivery company didn't pre-arrange delivery day/time so it was lucky I was home on a 'snow day'.”

“They warned delivery may take 2 weeks but it took one week. Good. Delivery easy. Large crate of ash ordered. Some logs too big for my log burner but I enjoy splitting further. Good and dry even when checking newly split logs. Max so far 20%. Burn very well. Will buy again.”

“This company is great however. Ive seen a decline in the quality of wood that's sold Case in point I always order ash and increasingly these bags are now mixed with birch. If you don't have enough Ash tell the customer and offer a discount you'll find that people are more receptive if you are open.”

“After the initial order very little information about the delivery however the delivery driver was very helpful. Disappointed with logs. We ordered the oak logs, very small in size quite a few only slightly larger than kindling!”

“We know it costs more to buy our firewood in nets but it makes it so much easier to handle i.e. getting from the drive to the wood store at the back of the house. The quality of the wood is excellent, always burns nice and hot and we have never had any damp logs (which we have had from some places we have bought firewood). Great delivery too. Highly recommended.”

“Not the cheapest but the wood burns very nicely, little soot and loads of heat. Delivery went really easy. We were out for a cycle and the delivery guy phoned us for instructions.”
