“Excellent quality of wood but when ordering with neighbour two lots of 70 nets was told we had to order separately and delivery would be separate as well . This doesn't make sense as delivery driver had to come two different days to a few feet apart !!!!! Waste of time and money for driver as he said we could have had it delivered at same time!!!!”

“Ordered a jumbo crate of hardwood. It was delivered quickly. I was extremely impressed with the driver who put the crate on his forklift and put it where I asked. The wood is great. A good hot clean burn. Very low moisture content. I will be using them again once I've burned this crate load. Great price and service.”

“Good service and quality wood although some logs very thick which can be a pain if you only have a small wood burner like mine... Also had two pallets delivered which is fine but not when one of them is blue!! Please only deliver on white as I can use them as kindling.”

“We ordered 2 pallets of Heat Logs and 1 of Ash, both came when they were supposed to, driver was very friendly and obliging, everything that was delivered appeared to be what we were had ordered. (Haven't used any yet as the weather hasn't been cold enough.”

“Easy site to order from - 4th time of ordering and good tracking tool - logs delivered to top of driveway as requested within 4-5 days and logs well stacked so large crate of ash is a serious amount of wood. Burns really well too. Have already recommended to others.”
