“Excellent service . The courier Longs of Leeds especially the driver , Malang Fatty who had the foresight to bring the motorised pallet lifter so he could manoeuvre the heat logs just where I wanted them.”

“Quick easy transaction, with fast despatch, one problem was that the wrapping was not strong enough to stop the load toppling over in the delivery vehicle, on speaking to the driver this was the third time this week it had happened to him. This means the whole load had to be taken off individually by hand. As the heat logs are wrapped in plastic in threes this makes them very hard to stack to any height as they slide off each other. Would suggest a couple of straps would hold it more securely for transport.”

“This order was the 5th (or maybe 6th) order I've placed with Luxury for heat logs. All have been delivered quickly, and orders are taken professionally and courteously. I previously burned seasoned logs in my wood burner, but these heat logs give more heat and burn longer with less ash. They work out less expensive over the year than ordinary logs.”

“Product good - This time pellets were delivered with a smiling driver rather than the usual grumpy one. He was very helpful. I now know to order only one pallet at a time, with fewer bags (ie 15kg rather than 10kg) and to specifically ask for a non grumpy driver. Over all excellent”

“Good communication is the key to a successful purchase. This company is very good at that. The 2.1 cu mtr of ash logs were of excellent quality and size with very little of 'kindling' sizes. Splitting a couple showed that they were down to 12-15% moisture. The pricing is also very competitive during the summer months. The delivery driver from Pall-Ex managed to back his pallet lorry down our newly-graveled drive and dropped the pallet right next to the side gate. Good work. I'll definitely be buying from the Luxurywood company again.”

“Delivery on time andf the logs look good. However, I would have given 5 stars had my request for a 7.5 tonne delivery lorry been complied with. As happened, the carrier decided to save money by putting my delivery on an 18 tonne lorry, which couldn't access my driveway.”

“The wood is high quality and has been dried thoroughly, which makes it better for burning and for care of our chimney. Prices are reasonable and delivery time is OK, but I do order in advance of need in any case!”

“Usual trouble-free delivery by very helpful driver of quality logs. I have used this company several times and have no qualms about recommending them. The wood is far superior to all of the other companies that I've tried in the past and we will be keeping ourselves warm and cosy with them for the foreseeable!”

“Excellent service during the order and delivery process. The logs were obviously everything you claim in terms of moisture content and the bags make them very easy to handle. My only complaint - and the reason that I have given you 4 stars and not 5 - is that some of the logs would fail the Trade Descriptions Act. In fact, several bags contained pieces that would struggle to fir the description of kindling. That said, I am really pleased with your company and product.”
