“I have purchased wood from The Luxury Wood Company 4 times now and each time has been really easy. After the purchase I get a call from the delivery company to agree on a delivery date & that's as hard as it is. The wood is always very dry, clean and ready to burn. The shipping crates also make good kindling. Thanks.”

“Have used the luxury wood company previously and the service has always been excellent. This time the driver struggled a bit with the delivery but was most accommodating to make the delivery a success. I always check the Internet for the best prices and the luxury wood company is the best out there for price and quality of wood. Would definitely recommend.”

“We've been using your company since installing a wood burning stove six years ago. Although most of us are somewhat reluctant to be saying goodbye to summer and the long warm sunny days, we can also be happy looking forward to those long winter evenings, keeping warm in front of a good fire, burning the fabulous kiln dried logs supplied by The Luxury Wood Company.”

“I have always ordered from the LWC. This year I have ordered 2 loads for myself and one load for my son. Would I be doing this if I wasn't delighted with the logs; the packaging (I have made a picket fence from the wood!) and the delivery. First class!”

“This is my third order. I have purchased hot rocks, peat and heat logs, and have found all of them to be excellent products, it is just a pity that their is a carriage charge but that is because of where I live, it will not stop me from ordering again as I am very happy with the product. “Nice selection of kiln dried logs supplied well packaged and ready to stack. Nice sized logs for easy burning without further work required. The crate framework should provide a season's worth of kindling for the winter once I have chopped it up!”

“Normally deliver pallet ok but the last time I got a delivery, I was out and the pallet was all over the drive with broken bags, I did get a refund for the broken bags so all was good”

“No complaints with the quality of the wood, however, it was delivered on the wrong day that had been requested and as a result we had to manually unload and then reload an entire pallet to get it off our drive”
