“The prices are good The plastic wrapping of five logs is better than previous years where the plastic wrapping was less water-tight and contained 3 logs (i.e. more wrapping to throw away) The ordering/delivery process is well explained The delivery firm are very helpful and will do their best in terms of timings and dropping the pallet as close as they can within the realms of being a pallet-based delivery company”

“Pallet of wood much smaller than those I've purchased from other companies,about25 per cent..wood itself is as expected ,dry,some very large bits,some very small bits ,does the job but expensive due to size of pallet .will I use company again ,only if I can find no one else.”

“Delivered promptly and accurately! This time we ordered Oak kiln dried logs and they really do burn longer and give out more heat. Previously (4 or 5 times) we ordered Ash and they are consistently good. The crates are delivered by pallet lorry and I have found the drivers happy to bring them inside my garage and park them up neatly. Great service, great value, we will be back in the New Year for sure.”
