“Very polite and helpful on the 'phone and the logs arrived very promptly. Delivery driver also very pleasant and the logs (both ash and eco logs) are burning well. Will definitely be ordering from you again. Tony Duval”

“Second order from this company. Generally satisified. Was expecting 100% Ash Wood so I was surprised to find Birch as well. Delivery driver did not call to notify me of date and time of delivery, was less than accommodating and made Victor Meldrew seem like he should be put forward for peace and tranquility prize.”

“Excellent service from a Company that does what it says on the tin! The actual mulch/bark is very good quality - no huge bits of wood - just right. Also, their delivery being trackable made it very easy to know when it was going to be delivered. I had two huge bags (largest you can get) and despite having a gravel drive which is not easy to manouvre anything on, the delivery guy did his best to place it where I wanted it. All in all, a great service and would recommend this Company.”

“Easy to order, delivered when said, Driver helpful, wood size perfect for my 5kW woodburner, brilliantly packed have left on the pallet it came on until I've built a shed, first class, will definitely buy all my wood from these, only fault was other reviews said they got fire lighters and a lighter and we never, lol we didn't mind,”

“The wood itself is fine in terms of moisture content - very low. The order arrived without any notification at all. The lorry simply arrived and it was only luck that I was in and able to clear a space for the lorry to reverse and deliver. The logs are good for burning, but the logs towards the bottom of the pallet were considerably larger than the top ones. I have to both saw and split these in order for them to fit my small log burner. They are certainly longer than the stated 25cms. However, the logs are clearly well dried.”

“They would off got a very good rating from me, it was the courier they used that let them down, did not deliver when they said, had to phone them 5 time, second delivery would have failed If I did not phone and check it was on its way. Wood was very well packaged and good quality. I will go back to them for a second order, but if there courier let's them down it will be the last time.”

“Ordered a full crate of oak and the logs are fab, definitely burn longer/slower than the ash we had last year, which was also fantastic. Delivery was problem free with a very helpful, courteous and friendly driver.”
