“2nd time have ordered logs from this company. Very quick delivery. Logs well packed on pallet and shrink wrapped in plastic protection. Delivery driver was very helpful wheeling pallet into my garage. Logs burn very well.”

“Second time i've used this company as the quality of the wood was excellent. Easy ordering process and this order arrived within 4 days. I noted some previous comments about the delivery drivers but the same driver has delivered both my orders and he was excellent.”

“We ordered the 70 nets of Ash kiln dried logs. The delivery was actually too quick for us, we had to delay it by a few days, but the delivery company were fine with that. The logs look to be the same great quality as we have come to expect. Great service, great product. We don't plan to go anywhere else for our logs.”

“Material arrived 1 day earlier than expected. I am aware that the carrier is responsible only for kerbside delivery however I would suggest your company requests delivery to point within clients property as to move a large amount of logs/whatever is no fun, also, the trolley jack the driver had was next to useless as it is not designed for this type of delivery the pallet trolley jack should have rubber wheels not steel to give more suitable and appropriate movement capability. I have not had my first fire as yet but the wood looks good and am looking forward to warming myself at a good going wood fire.”

“I'm afraid you didn't score top marks because there was no notification of when you delivering the wood. It's a good job I was at home when the wood did arrive. Other than that I was very pleased with my purchase.”

“Excellent, competitively-priced kiln-dried ash logs. I've tried 5 other suppliers over the years, but always come back to Luxury Wood, who never disappoint in terms of quality. I have had problems with delivery from their local supplier in the past (inappropriate vehicles, not being told when they were coming, etc) - but this time I contacted Dayana at the Luxury Wood office and she managed to arrange the first-ever perfect delivery! Now even more reason to stick with them! Christmas bonus for Dayana?”

“I ordered a big load of ash logs in nets - 50 nets! They were delivered quickly and neatly positioned in the road close to my front door so that we could unload them quickly. The logs are excellent - all cut to an equal length and chopped into a good range of sizes and shapes which makes it fairly easy to build an Alpine-style wood pile all along an exterior wall, sheltered from rain. Ash burns slowly and gives out a lot of heat. It's a sweaty job shifting all the nets and building the log pile, but worth it.”
