Dear Thomas, We are aware of the issues you have experienced with your order not arriving on the booked in date due to vehicle break down, as far as we are aware one of our customer support representatives has dealt with that and re-arranged for suitable date and the depot delivered on that date. We do apologise for this occasion and we would like to assure you that this was caused due to vehicle break down and will likely not be a problem you face with any future orders. If you would prefer, we would be happy to organise and monitor your future deliveries from us.

“Bought the large crate of Ash. The wood and the packaging are faultless. The company is let down though by the local courier that failed to measure up. They made no contact with me as promised, I had to telephone twice and the delivery was pm instead of am, which was an inconvenience as I had an appointment. Overall wood good, delivery not.”

“Excellent service right from ordering to deliver. This is the third year we have order from luxury wood company can't fault them. The logs are good & burn well, we had ash logs last year but decided to go for oak this year see what they like, not been cold enough yet to try.”

“2nd time have ordered logs from this company. Very quick delivery. Logs well packed on pallet and shrink wrapped in plastic protection. Delivery driver was very helpful wheeling pallet into my garage. Logs burn very well.”

“Second time i've used this company as the quality of the wood was excellent. Easy ordering process and this order arrived within 4 days. I noted some previous comments about the delivery drivers but the same driver has delivered both my orders and he was excellent.”
